Demand forecasting
Reading where requests are about to cluster so drivers are positioned before the peak, not after it.
Ride hailing management is the business of turning a customer request into an allocated trip and a completed fare. AllRide Apps brings taxi dispatch software covering the customer booking portal, the driver app, and the dispatch console that connects them - with pricing, zones, wallet, and passes configured to your market.
AllRide provides a complete product suite to run an app-based mobility business from a single platform. We offer tailor-made solutions for every operator, which include:
Industry experts at AllRide regularly study mobility market requirements to identify what costs operators trips and customers. Some of these include -
Bookings sitting unallocated when the first driver does not respond
One flat fare applied across zones, vehicle types, and peak hours
Taxi bookings in one system, rentals in another, and deliveries in a spreadsheet
No repeat-customer mechanism beyond the next single trip
Every new service line creating another disconnected customer account
Disconnected systems versus one platform
With AllRide's on demand transportation software, booking, allocation, pricing, tracking, and customer rewards run as one system. We build configurable customer and driver apps alongside a dispatch console for fleets of every size.
Auto allocation offers each booking to eligible online drivers using nearest-available, round-robin, or direct-assign logic. Rotation depth, offer timeout, pickup distance, and online-within time are configurable, so an unanswered offer passes to the next driver instead of waiting for a dispatcher.
Pricing rules combine base fare with distance, time, and slab-based components, then layer additional charges by criteria such as vehicle type or zone-to-zone movement. Surge pricing and linked discounts are configured on the same rule, with tax, start and end dates, and applicable days.
The customer booking portal carries your cover photo, brand colour, and light or dark appearance, and embeds on your own website through an iframe or booking widget code. Services are enabled and renamed, guest booking switched on, and the interface offered in multiple languages and currencies.
Drivers go online to join the matching pool, receive an allocation notification with trip ID, pickup, drop-off, fare, and payment method, then accept and navigate turn-by-turn to pickup. Arrive, start, and end actions update the trip, and a fare summary closes it.
Wallet points, booking referrals, sign-up rewards, loyalty rewards after a set number of trips, and first-ride bonuses are all configurable. Ride passes and route passes let frequent riders buy a bundle of trips rather than paying one fare at a time.
Supply and demand in ride hailing move faster than anyone can watch, which is why AI-driven ride hailing software earns its place here more obviously than in pre-booked work:
Reading where requests are about to cluster so drivers are positioned before the peak, not after it.
Shortest practical routing under live conditions, which is what customers judge the trip on.
Handling booking and status queries at a volume no support desk can absorb manually.
Combining data across touchpoints to improve fleet efficiency and driver safety.
The dispatch backbone - allocation rules, pricing, zones, and driver workflow - stays operator-configured.
