Technology Parks & Shared Services
Multiple employers, one campus, and shift cycles that rarely line up.
Plan, publish, and repeat employee shuttle services without rebuilding the same schedule every week.
Corporate transportation management is the work of running the same office routes, day after day, for the same employees. AllRide Apps brings AI-powered employee transportation software built on reusable trip templates, so a route is configured once and then runs as a recurring service across the dates and weekdays you choose.
AllRide provides a complete product suite to manage employee shuttle operations from a single platform, with tailor-made solutions for every organisation.
Multiple employers, one campus, and shift cycles that rarely line up.
Round-the-clock shift changes, plant shutdowns, and fixed gate timings.
Night rosters and handover windows that cannot be missed by a bus.
Residential pickups, metro connections, and inter-building loops.
Term calendars, holiday blocks, and hostel-to-faculty services.
Operators running shuttle contracts for several corporate clients at once.
Industry experts at AllRide regularly study workplace mobility requirements to identify what stops a shuttle programme running smoothly. These are the five that come up most.
| How the programme runs today | What changes on AllRide |
|---|---|
| The same five routes recreated manually every weekday | Trip templates. The route is configured once and published as a recurring service. |
| Public holidays and shutdown dates checked by hand against the calendar | Excluded dates. Non-operating days drop out of the schedule instead of being cancelled trip by trip. |
| Employee lists retyped into the system one passenger at a time | Bulk reservation upload. A completed import file becomes reservations in one pass. |
| Seat capacity managed outside the system, so trips run over- or under-filled | Seating layouts. Availability per trip is visible before departure. |
| No single view of which employee boards at which stop on which route | Dispatch console. Every reservation carries its own pickup and drop-off stop. |
With AllRide's shuttle management software, a route becomes a template, the template becomes a recurring service, and the service runs until you change it. We build configurable customer and driver apps alongside a dispatch console for organisations of every size.
Save morning and evening services as reusable trip templates, then publish them as recurring trips with a start date, end date, trip time, and selected weekly repeat days. Return trips and buffer days are enabled where the schedule needs them.
A weekday service is configured once rather than recreated daily.
Individual dates are excluded from any recurring trip, so national holidays, shutdown periods, and non-operating days drop out of the published schedule automatically instead of being cancelled trip by trip.
Non-operating dates are excluded at schedule level.
Download the reservation import template, populate it, and upload through CSV, XLS, or XLSX. Shared transfer uploads apply by route, by trip, or by pickup and drop-off location, with override fields applying a common journey date, pickup, or drop-off across every row.
Whole employee groups are reserved from one file.
Build a seating layout for each vehicle type using the seating grid - seats, empty spaces, driver position, doors - and assign it to the vehicles running the route. Each reservation carries its own pickup and drop-off stop, and the dispatch board shows seat availability per trip.
Seat availability is visible per trip before departure.
The dispatch console lists reservations and trips month by month with assigned driver, assigned vehicle, seat availability, start and end stop, estimated distance and duration, and status. Vehicles, drivers, and pickup times are reassigned from the same screen when the day changes.
Reservations and trips managed from one dispatch view.

Two trips are close to full and one has no bookings at all - the case for reassigning a smaller vehicle before 22:10, visible without opening a single trip.
AI shuttle management software is less about replacing the scheduler and more about removing the work that repeats. Three areas benefit first - and every one of them hands its output back to a person who can reject it.
Reading historical boarding patterns to size vehicles and plan routes before the shift cycle begins.
Sequencing residential stops, metro connections, and workplace drop-offs for the shortest practical run.
Handling routine booking and status questions so the transport desk is not answering the same query each morning.
